I’m 99% sure no one on your blog does incent traffic, so why would you include BlueTrackMedia? Because it was mentioned once in your comments section? This list has some work to do, and Oasis is less 1 years old, where do you come up the idea of ranking them as #1? There is so much bias going on. A lot of this list you don’t even run traffic to.

  i work with a few advertisers that have made incent work. the thing about incent traffic is that it can be effective WHEN you know that you are paying for incent.
  
  where incent hurts advertisers is when they think they’re buying regular traffic but then receive incent traffic. Incent traffic CPAs are much lower CPAs than that of tier-1 traffic.
  
  And yes, this is a 100% biased list. it’s based on the Direct Response audience, my views, and the views of others. All biased
