Do you know if they work well with affiliates? And, if you are running or are building a campaign, which offers do you think do best with them? Especially with the recent rebill issues. Can CPS work with them(backing out decently) or info products? Thanks for any insigh

  1. EngageBDR runs traffic for the largest affiliates in the world.
  2. Reach out to Ted for campaign info – they run across most verticals.
  3. CPS can work depending on the offer and location. Ted can provide insight.
  4. I DO NOT recommend EngageBDR for US traffic – they are ranked 25 domestically. You’d have better luck with a network like ValueClick for the domestic market.

  One good question to ask ANY prospective company that your looking at working with (whether your an affiliate or company owner) is what percentage of their clients are affiliates versus what % is affiliates. 50/50 or above and your stomping on the right grounds.

Tested engage’s international traffic and lost quite a bit of money. If you are jumping into media buying, this is not the place to do it. Also fishy that this ad network is always promoted on your blog. If an ad network was good, people would keep their mouths shut about it, not out it to everyone.

  EngageBDR is not for people that are jumping into MediaBuying. Your campaign has to be tight before you launch due to the sheer volume of impressions/clicks you’ll win via an Engage buy.
  
  If there are other Ad Networks that you’d like to recommend please do so here.
  
  Fincally – I am very transparent about who we work with and recommend accordingly. I do not work with a lot of vendors – just the top 1 or 2 providers in each vertical. Hope that clarifies!

  For instance, I would ask a company like EngageBDR what percentage of clients are affiliates. This would tell me how popular their company is with marketers who have *performance* in mind. Engage said they are 75/25 affiliates/brands which is good.
  
  This principle can be applied to: RTB platform / copywriters / web designers / etcetcetc.

      I know of someone who spent 25k before hitting profit while optimizing several campaigns and last I’ve heard, he’s been doing pretty well with it.

        Dan – that’s the whole thing about it. If you only have $25k to your name then EngageBDR is not a good place to spend it, as it TAKES TIME and OPTIMIZATION to get campaigns scalable.

  we’ve used them both, and we use others.
  
  Looking forward big time to the new RTB “First Impression” that Engage is rolling out. It is a AdSonar/Pulse360 on steroids!
